Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This page explains how YTGrid’s guides and local creator tools handle information. You do not need an account to use the site.
Drafts and selected files
Packaging Test Planner, Shot List & Storyboard and Caption Timing Editor save text drafts in your browser when local storage is available. These tools do not upload your drafts. Thumbnail Compare keeps its review notes in page memory only; export them before leaving.
Selected images, video, caption files and project backups are read locally by your browser. Images and videos are not stored inside a saved project or uploaded to YTGrid. Reselect them after reloading. A downloaded export is saved to your device; sharing it elsewhere is your choice.
Browser storage and deletion
You can clear a current draft with its tool’s Clear control. Export important work first. You can remove all YTGrid browser storage in your browser’s site-data settings. Drafts left by retired tools may remain in browser storage until you clear that data; this release does not silently delete older work.
Storage can be blocked, cleared or reach its limit. Use project backups or text exports to keep a separate copy of important work.
Hosting and contact information
The hosting provider may record standard connection information, including IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times. If you contact us by email, the information you send is handled through that email service. Contact the site operator through our contact page with questions about hosting logs, retention or correspondence.
External links and services
The current site does not embed YouTube players, call the YouTube API, load remote thumbnails or send notes to an AI service. Fonts and lesson illustrations are served by this website. If you follow a link to YouTube, Google or another external site, that site’s terms and privacy practices apply to your visit.
Advertising and analytics
This release does not load an AdSense advertising script or an analytics tracking script. If those services are introduced, the disclosures and any applicable consent controls will need to match the new implementation.
Children and policy updates
YTGrid is intended for creator planning and editing, and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information to the site operator. Substantive policy changes will be posted here with an updated date.
