Make each shot
earn its place.

Put the sequence on paper before the camera comes out. Decide what we see, what we hear, and what each shot needs to do.

Sequence at a glance

A small part of a considered workflow

Each shot needs a positive duration, a visual and a purpose. Audio can stay empty for a silent shot. The runtime is the sum of your estimates; transitions and overlapping audio are not modeled.

A shot list is a decision record, not a prediction of performance. Give each shot a specific job and check that the finished edit delivers what you planned.

Your files and your draft

Text drafts save in this browser when storage is available. Local video files are played on this device and are not stored in your draft or uploaded. A JSON project backup restores the editable rows; the publishing export contains only the chapter list, shot list or captions. Keep a backup before clearing browser data.
