1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using YTGrid, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
YTGrid provides original guides and four browser-based tools: Packaging Test Planner, Shot List & Storyboard, Caption Timing Editor and Thumbnail Compare. The tools work with your text and local files. They do not connect to a YouTube account, embed YouTube videos or publish changes to a channel.
3. Use of Content
Use YTGrid lawfully and respect the rights of content owners. Select local images, video and caption files that you own or have permission to use. Your original drafts and exports remain yours, including for your own creator work. Loading a public link does not grant a licence to copy or redistribute someone else’s work.
Links to external services open those services separately. Your use of YouTube is governed by its Terms of Service. Read our Privacy Policy for details about local drafts and selected files.
4. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The current site does not load third-party players, advertising scripts or analytics scripts. External sites may have their own advertising and data practices. Visiting them is subject to their terms and policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The YTGrid name, design, written guides, and software are the property of YTGrid and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. You may use the tools to prepare your own creator projects; this does not transfer ownership of the site or of third-party content.
6. Disclaimer
YTGrid is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular video or feature will remain available.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YTGrid be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of YTGrid after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
