By accessing and using YTGrid, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
YTGrid provides a dashboard and a set of free browser-based tools for watching and working with public YouTube content — including a multi-stream viewer, an A-B looper, a focus viewer, a video notepad, and a thumbnail grabber. We do not host any video content; all videos are embedded directly from YouTube in accordance with their API and Terms of Service.
3. Use of Content
You agree to use YTGrid for lawful, personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and of any content you access through it complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the YouTube Terms of Service. Any content displayed remains the property of its respective owners.
4. Third-Party Services and Advertising
YTGrid relies on third-party services, including YouTube's embedded players and Google's advertising products, to operate and to remain free. 5. Intellectual Property
The YTGrid name, design, written guides, and software are the property of YTGrid and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. The tools are provided for your personal use only.
6. Disclaimer
YTGrid is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular video or feature will remain available.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YTGrid be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of YTGrid after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
